Jane Dulle
COO

Jane is a financial industry product, payments and process change innovator with 20 years of experience spanning retail, business, wealth, digital and online products and channels. Now Director of Change Management, Jane draws on her extensive background in product development, product management, program management, self-service and channel experience to drive process-based change management.
Jane is part of a core management team that has grown EverBank (NYSE: EVER) into an integrated financial provider with over $24B in assets and $15B in deposits. Jane drives results for EverBank’s direct bank, brokerage and wealth lines of business in a technology-focused environment, with a continuous eye on driving revenue generation and expense reduction. One of Jane’s recent actions of innovation was redesigning EverBank’s online banking conveniences, such as allowing customers open a new account in 20 seconds.
Prior to her tenure with EverBank, Jane worked for Bank of America as a National Product Manager, focusing on electronic banking, self-service bank strategies, channel migration and national ATM product and channel management. Jane was also recently elected to serve as a Board Member for the Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments, after serving as a Co-Chair for the Run for Sight Committee for 13 years. Jane received a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and earned her MBA from the Washington University in St. Louis.
