Bennet Blank’s objective is to make Intuit the most innovative company in the world. Blank develops and leads a variety of initiatives designed to transform employee capabilities, improve Intuit’s innovation systems, and build a sustainable culture of innovation. He is passionate about helping individuals unlock their creativity, and helping organizations channel this creativity into innovative new products and services.
Blank recently became the first non-executive to receive Brad Smith’s CEO Leadership award, based on his work applying lean startup principles across Intuit. In less than 18 months, Intuit’s lean startup training program generated over $20 million in new revenue, and in the process ignited the entrepreneurial passion of hundreds of employees. This program has been written about in numerous innovation articles in media outlets such as Forbes.com, HBR and multiple innovation books.
