David Kaplan – Chief Financial Officer, Palladium Group, Inc.

David Kaplan is the Chief Financial Officer of Palladium. Prior to joining Palladium, Kaplan was the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Molecular, Inc., a technology consulting firm that designs and builds Internet-based solutions to help companies increase revenues and decrease operating costs. Mr. Kaplan was also CFO and CIO at the Monitor Company, a strategic consulting firm, CFO for Lifeline Systems, a publicly traded personal response and support services company, and Treasurer and Director of Finance at Simplex Time Recorder Co., a global solutions provider of fire detection, security, building communications and workforce management information systems. Mr. Kaplan earned a BS in Accounting and a JD from Boston College Law School.
