The Competitive Strategy Roundtable supports research and analysis, knowledge exchange, and best practices on processes, information management and methodologies for reducing competitive risk and improving competitive performance within large, global enterprises. The Roundtable is undertaking several key initiatives that will serve this purpose:
The 2007 Competitive Readiness Review
The Competitive Readiness Review (CRR) initiative provides new insight, data and content on competitive challenges and preparedness within the rapidly changing technology industry. It includes qualitative interviews and discussions with leading executives and thought leaders, as well as a broad-based survey of chief strategists, competitive officers, and marketing, product planning, HR, financial and other executive stakeholders of leading companies within the following technology sector:
- OEM/Hardware for B2B markets
- OEM/Hardware for B2C markets
- IT/ Internet
- Technology Services
This particular initiative culminates in a major report that synthesizes our own primary research findings as well as significant secondary research. The report will provide a pragmatic view of the challenges that organizations face in addressing market altering changes, effective methods to overcome these challenges, and strategies to navigate internal hurdles to improve competitiveness.
The CRR and Summit initiatives provide a platform for numerous opportunities to network and reach the desired audience. These include Webinars, dinner dialogues, media roundtables, one-on-one briefings with key clients and prospects, Summit break-out sessions, speaking appearances and others.
